Payment & Refund Policy

Please read our Payment and Refund Policy carefully before registering for courses, workshops, or special fitness batches at MatrixDance Academy.

1. Admission Registration Fees

A non-refundable registration fee of ₹500 is applicable for new student enrollments across Western Dance Courses (Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Bollywood, Jazz, Salsa) and Special Batches (Kids Dance, Ladies Zumba, Aerobics, Weight Loss). This fee secures student file creation, studio orientation, and administrative processing.

2. Course Fee Payment & Schedule

  • Course fees must be paid in full or in agreed installment plans prior to the batch commencement date.
  • Monthly membership fees are due by the 5th of every calendar month. Delay in fee payment beyond 7 days may incur a late fee or temporary suspension of studio access.
  • Accepted payment methods include UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and direct studio desk cash receipts.

3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

MatrixDance Academy maintains a transparent refund policy structured as follows:

7 days or more before course start date 100% refund of course fee (excluding registration fee)
3 to 6 days before course start date 75% refund of course fee
Within 48 hours of course start date 50% refund of course fee
After course / batch commencement date No refund (Fee can be transferred to a future batch)

4. Batch Transfer & Pause Policy

In case of medical emergencies, exam schedules, or unavoidable travel, students may submit a formal batch transfer request to pause their membership for up to 30 days. Fee balances will be credited towards the next available batch upon resume approval by the academy administration.

5. Workshop & Masterclass Payments

Special guest masterclasses, intensive weekend bootcamps, and annual showcase performance registration fees are non-refundable once seats are confirmed, as instructor travel and venue allocations are locked in advance.
